Very true...

I've written a lot about forgiveness myself this year. I've always believed that it's a choice and sometimes it's a choice I have to make everyday but I'm so glad when I do!

My WFMW post is over here:

Hi Col,

I like your idea about knowing when you are on track or not. We always need to monitor our feelings to see if we are on a good path. I still can't believe, though Col, that you you could ever have a bad hair day, LOL.You have beautiful curls, no matter what colour it is.

Warm wishes

Hi Col,

Love this post and you are right on!

Letting inner turmoil lead to an aha is so easy when we know how!

Your article is positive, purposeful and most importantly practical!

I adore your vulnerability about your hair! I once had a lovely friend who was a singer in her church. One of her fav songs was called "His eye is on the sparrow" and a line is "from my cares he sets me free."

She had so much hair drama that I resung it to her....

"From my HAIRS he set me free!"

Funny how the smallest things can get on our last nerve!

Happy Thanksgiving!

i love this

"... afraid of turning off some secret sector of society, the one I didn’t have the password for.

Actually, I did this equally in life and in business. I shone my light but maybe like a flashlight so I could hide it away if the wrong person was around, the one who wouldn’t appreciate the brightness. "

this is a difficulty so many of us face; not everyone puts their finger on it as well as you do.

the password and the flashlight. lovely metaphors.

so - now you don't care about the password anymore, and you carry a big torch? :)

Hi Col, Oh I just loved how you described your relationship with meditation...very cool!! Thinking on your wavelength, I suspect you just haven't found the right meditation partner yet LOL but when you do...OMG are you going to feel the love :)) Meditation is just finding a quite space, watching a bird, doing the dishes (oh yes!) even brushing your teeth. The problem is we always complicate things that are so very simple. So with that thought, simply meditate on what's around you by taking the time to just be in that moment. Those moments will expand your awareness, those moments will silence your mind, those moments will take you to the love that is in every moment of your life. Your ever amazed friend and how you draw out this stuff out in me. big hugs, shani xx
